Orders

Artwork & Designs
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and authorized artwork.
- By submitting designs, you confirm that you have the rights to use them and grant us permission to reproduce them.
- We are not responsible for trademark or copyright violations related to customer-supplied artwork.
Payments
- A deposit or full payment may be required before production begins.
- Accepted payment methods include: credit/debit, checks, online payment, etc.
- Orders will not ship or be delivered until payment is received in full.
Turnaround Time & Delivery
- Production times vary depending on the size and complexity of your order. Estimated delivery times will be provided but are not guaranteed.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control.
Intellectual Property
- All original designs, mockups, and concepts created by INKsation remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We reserve the right to display completed products in our portfolio, marketing materials, or social media unless you request otherwise in writing.
Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for damages resulting from misuse, incorrect care of garments, or unauthorized modifications.
- Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
