• By submitting designs, you confirm that you have the rights to use them and grant us permission to reproduce them.
   
• We are not responsible for trademark or copyright violations related to customer-supplied artwork.
   

• A deposit or full payment may be required before production begins.
   
• Accepted payment methods include: credit/debit, checks, online payment, etc.
   
• Orders will not ship or be delivered until payment is received in full.
   

• Production times vary depending on the size and complexity of your order. Estimated delivery times will be provided but are not guaranteed.
   
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control.
   

• All original designs, mockups, and concepts created by INKsation remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   
• We reserve the right to display completed products in our portfolio, marketing materials, or social media unless you request otherwise in writing.
   

• We are not responsible for damages resulting from misuse, incorrect care of garments, or unauthorized modifications.
   
• Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
